It is a honey specialty with a strong taste, a nice scent and an intensive dark colour made of the sweet juice of the trees' young sprouts, of the sweet dew collected from the leaves. Due to its high content of minerals, it is an excellent diet supplement. It is recommended alone or in milk, in milk-coffee, and as a gourmet snack.
